IKIMA Living is a new lifestyle and co-living space in Piraeus, introducing a modern approach to hospitality and community living. Our collaboration began during the pre-opening phase, with the goal of building a strong digital presence, creating brand awareness, and attracting the first audience before the official launch.

The main objectives of our collaboration were to:

1.    Build brand awareness and recognition in Piraeus and the wider Athens area.

2.    Generate pre-opening buzz and anticipation through digital storytelling.
3.    Showcase the visual identity with professional photography.
4.    Grow a social media community and increase engagement on Instagram & Facebook.
5.    Leverage Meta Ads for targeted reach and audience growth.
6.    Ensure consistent and professional content management.

Social Media Strategy & Management

​

  • The biggest challenge was that IKIMA Living started from zero awareness. To overcome this, we designed pre-opening campaigns with teaser posts and “coming soon” messaging that built anticipation and positioned the brand in the audience’s mind before launch.

  • Since the space was not fully completed at the time, visual assets were limited. We solved this with a carefully staged professional photoshoot, using styling, lighting, and curated shots that highlighted the atmosphere and aesthetics of IKIMA Living.

  • Another challenge was standing out in the highly competitive hospitality and co-living market in Athens and Piraeus. We focused on the unique selling points—prime location, modern design, and amenities—to differentiate the brand and position it as a premium choice.

  • Finally, consistency across all social media channels was crucial. To ensure this, we developed a style guide defining brand colors, tone of voice, and visual guidelines so every post aligned perfectly with the identity of IKIMA Living.
